On the first night in Prague, I had a super authentic Czech traditional food, and felt the beauty of Central European food and Chinese food. It was like going back to China to eat! The food processing method in the Czech Republic is indeed quite similar to that in China, and because Czech people love to eat meat and drink beer, the overall eating habits are very suitable for Chinese stomachs! U Glaubiců is very popular at night, and sometimes you even have to wait for a seat... Luckily, I went there and sat down in a few minutes. The environment is also very Czech.
I have to praise that Czech beer is really delicious. The old man at the next table comes to the store specifically to drink beer. Even the official website of this store directly says: &nbsp;But don&lsquo;t leave without trying the famous Czech Pilsner Urquell beer! Even people like me who don&rsquo;t usually drink much feel that it is refreshing and sweet or has a bit of interesting bitterness. It is easy to drink and refreshing. Ah! Every time I drink it, I say in my heart: I must bring my dad to the Czech Republic to drink beer in the future! After all, my dad loves beer so much! Whenever we three go to a Czech restaurant, we always order beer. We experienced real happiness in the three days of eating meat and drinking in the Czech Republic.
HOVĚZ&Iacute; GUL&Aacute;&Scaron; V CHLEBU is very similar to Chinese-style beef stew. The beef soup is served in Czech-style black bread (it tastes like hard European bread, and the inner layer is soft because it is soaked in the beef stew soup). The beef cubes are stewed until soft and sticky, with a little black pepper flavor. The soup is very rich. It has been a long time since I have eaten such a hot and solid dish.

We had dinner at this restaurant last night. The location and food were absolutely first class. But more importantly, I have to give high praise to our waitress and the entire staff. They were so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. A must try!

Check in at this Michelin restaurant in Prague. The environment and location are great. It&#39;s right next to the Charles Bridge and the service in the restaurant is very considerate. Their brandy-painted steak is definitely a must-order. The steak is super tender!

Unique place to stay
Breakfast is good and cheap. If you happen to go on a Thursday for dinner, they have a jazz band and you can also choose a variety of meats and they will grill them for you (not sure if this is only in the summer). The food was very tasty and the service was great. This hotel has a lot of quality service, charm and location. Definitely worth going.

去布拉格的的第一晚就吃到了超正的捷克传统美食，感受到了中欧食物和中国食物异曲同工的美妙，四舍五入就好像回国吃饭了！捷克的食物加工方式和国内确实还蛮像的，而又因为捷克人民爱吃肉，也爱喝啤酒，整体的饮食习惯是很符合中国胃了！U Glaubiců 一到晚上声音就很火，有时候甚至还得等位...运气好去到那儿没几分钟就进去坐了下来，环境也十分的捷克了。不得不夸捷克的啤酒是真的很好喝，隔壁桌的老大爷就是专门来店里喝啤酒的，甚至在这家店的官网上直接就写着说: &nbsp;But don&lsquo;t leave without trying the famous Czech Pilsner Urquell beer! 连我这种平时不怎么喝酒的人都觉得入口清爽回甘甜或者带点有趣的苦味，很好入口，沁人心脾，啊！我每次在喝的时候心里就念叨着: 唉以后肯定要带我老爸来捷克喝啤酒啊！毕竟我爸是如此地爱喝啤酒！我们仨每次去捷克餐馆吃饭几乎都必点啤酒，在捷克大口吃肉大口喝酒的三天体会到真正的快乐。HOVĚZ&Iacute; GUL&Aacute;&Scaron; V CHLEBU十分接近中国风味的炖牛肉，用捷克风味的黑面包(硬欧包的口感，而里面一层因为浸满了炖牛肉的汤汁而变软啦)盛放牛肉汤，大块炖至软糯的牛肉粒，带点黑胡椒的风味，汤汁十分的浓郁，是真的很久没有吃到这么热乎实在的硬菜了。

这家餐厅不愧是老街区排名第一，确实很值得赏味。面包牛肉汤料足、汤浓，有滋味；猪肋排量足、多汁，够香郁。我们一家三口就点了这两份菜，都没有吃得完，足见分量够足。苹果酒cider也必须点一份，尝一尝不会后悔；经过店员推荐，还点了一杯本地啤酒，味道也很不错哦，没有德国黑啤的浓烈，但也不寡淡。服务员都是年轻漂亮的妹子，英语交流无压力，看到我们选择性困难，耐心帮我们做推荐。餐后的小费是up to you，真蛮nice了。

This restaurant is worthy of being ranked first in the old neighborhood, and it is really worth a visit.
The breaded beef soup is rich, thick and flavorful; the pork ribs are generous, juicy and fragrant. Our family of three ordered these two dishes, and we couldn&#39;t finish them, which shows that the portions are sufficient.
You must also order a portion of cider, and you won&#39;t regret it after trying it; after the recommendation of the waiter, I also ordered a glass of local beer, which tasted very good, not as strong as German dark beer, but not bland.
The waiters are all young and beautiful girls, and there is no pressure to communicate in English. Seeing that we had difficulty choosing, they patiently helped us make recommendations. The tip after the meal was up to you, which was really nice.
